Description
Instructor: J. Pittman McGehee
Explore the religious nature of the psyche and understand the roles of symbol and myth as religious resources for wholeness. Spirituality is the deep (or archetypal) human longing to transfer the transcendent into the immanent through experience and reflection upon it. Jung was a mystic, in that he felt that God was a psychic experience more than a concept or image. In this course, we explore the way in which the numinous energy of the archetypal Self generates, transforms, and integrates life.
