The physics of vulnerabilty is simple: if we are brave enough, often enough, we will fall. Rising Strong™ is a specific process for dealing with the inevitable setback that comes when we choose courage over comfort and risk Daring Greatly™ in our lives. This experiential workshop is about what it takes to get back up, and how owning our stories of struggle gives us the power to write a daring new ending. Struggle can be our greatest call to courage and the clearest path to a wholehearted life. Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, this workshop will help support and connect you to your own journey to Show Up, Be Seen, and Live Brave™ in your life.

This program is being offered IN-PERSON, and will NOT be recorded.

All times are CT. Please contact onlinelearning@junghouston.org with any questions.
