What if you could bring your spiritual practice to work each day?

Description

What if you could bring your spiritual practice to work each day? In this course, you’ll learn about a time-blocking method you can use to fit your practice time into your workday by working for 25 minutes on one task, then taking a 5-minute meditation break. Breaking up your time like this reduces mental fatigue, and it creates space in a busy day for what’s most important: reconnecting with body, mind, and spirit.

As part of this workshop, you’ll receive a spreadsheet to support your new practice habits, as well as links to download the short meditations we do together.

This program is being offered ONLINE only. Recordings will be distributed to registrants only, and are not available for individual purchase.

All times are CT. Please contact onlinelearning@junghouston.org with any questions.

Please register early. Programs with four or fewer participants are subject to cancellation, 48 hours prior to their start.
