Join us as we explore daily practices that address the specific details of our lives, help us transform our habits, and allow us to respond to the world in ways that fully support our values and unique gifts.

Description

It isn’t enough to study our values. We must practice how we habitually show up in support of them daily – in our roles, relationships, and responsibilities. Join us as we explore daily practices that address the specific details of our lives, help us transform our habits, and allow us to respond to the world in ways that fully support our values and unique gifts. These practices can help us pause, provide perspective, and lead to the creation of more meaningful life stories. In this workshop, we will engage with 10-minute daily practices that can transform our habits and give us authorship of lives lived to the fullest.

This program is being offered IN-PERSON, and will NOT be recorded.

All times are CT. Please contact onlinelearning@junghouston.org with any questions.

Please register early. Programs with four or fewer participants are subject to cancellation, 48 hours prior to their start.
