Experience how the practice of drinking tea can be an intentional, meditative, and deeply contemplative pause in our day.

Description

Join us for an evening of tea tasting and guided meditation. The practice of drinking tea can be an intentional, meditative, and deeply contemplative pause in our day. Along with simple techniques for meditation, we will leave with knowledge of different varieties of tea and their benefits. Meditative tea drinking affords us an opportunity to integrate a calm and aware state of mind into our daily routine and to cool down, both mentally and emotionally.

This program is being offered IN-PERSON only and will not be recorded.

All times are CT. Please contact onlinelearning@junghouston.org with any questions.

Register early! Programs with four or fewer participants are subject to cancellation, 48 hours prior to their start.
