Summary
Description

Most people are living a life they drifted into rather than one they consciously chose. Shaped by expectation, habit, and an unexamined fear of death, they postpone what matters, waiting for a later that may never arrive.
The Aliveness Practice begins where most personal development ends: at the end of life itself. In this workshop, participants are guided through a deep meditation that reverse engineers life from its final moments, clarifying what truly matters, who they want to become, and what a life without regret looks like for them.
Drawing on the insight that our instinct to avoid death has become the very thing preventing us from living, participants are introduced to a daily, weekly, annual, and lifetime reflection practice that brings mortality awareness from philosophy into lived experience.
John "Hoppy" Hopkins is the founder of ALIVENESS: a philosophy and practice for living fully through conscious awareness of a finite life. Trained as a Soul Midwife, he has guided people at the threshold of death and navigated several near-death experiences that irrevocably shaped his understanding of mortality and meaning. This work was not built from theory. A former filmmaker, CEO and creative entrepreneur, he now writes, teaches, and coaches people through major life transitions, helping them use the awareness of death not as something to fear, but as the clearest possible guide for how to live.
