Summary

Katherine Grabar | Four Thursdays, Oct 15 - Nov 5 | 6 - 8p CT | Discover the Enneagram as a powerful framework for personal transformation, learning growth practices that foster Presence, compassionate self-awareness, and greater freedom beyond habitual ways of thinking, feeling, and acting.

Description

The Enneagram has become a popular tool in recent years, but too often it is used simply as a way to categorize people into ‘boxes.’ The Enneagram offers a much richer, growth-oriented model for human transformation than mere categorization into types entails. In this workshop, we will focus on each Enneagram type’s growth pathways and learn some practices for pursuing that growth. This serves to move us past habitual thoughts, feelings, and actions that keep us stuck. And it enables us to move into greater responsiveness and freedom of choice as we learn to relax our habitual patterns and open ourselves up to more of our full potential. To support that journey, we will take time to learn about practicing Presence and learn how to observe our patterns of thought, feeling, and action with compassion. Some basic understanding of the Enneagram is helpful for this workshop.
