Description

Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a reset? This experiential workshop invites you to pause, breathe deeply, and rediscover the healing power already within you. Through guided Laughter Yoga practices, you’ll gently release tension, boost your mood, and reconnect with a sense of play and possibility. Together, we’ll explore how intentional laughter can support your physical, emotional, and even spiritual well-being—harvesting hope, inspiration, and curiosity along the way. You don’t need a reason to laugh—just a willingness to try. Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, more energized, and more connected—from the inside out.

Lee N. Coffee, Jr. believes laughter is the best medicine—no co-pay required! For the past 10 years, he’s been leading people to giggle, chuckle, and belly laugh their way to better health as a certified Laughter Yoga Practitioner. A former ICU nurse turned executive coach, Lee knows firsthand how powerful Laughter can be for lowering stress, boosting health, and brightening even the toughest days. You can find him spreading the joy quarterly at The Jung Center in Houston, where he teaches Laugh for the Health of It! —a class guaranteed to leave you smiling inside and out.
