In person attendees: Are invited to stay after the program for light lunch and community dialogues! Members of The Community for Conscious Aging will host group dialogues to reflect on what we discovered during our time together and learn more about each other. 1 - 1:30pm CT
You are what you eat. Learn about the connection between your brain and your stomach, ways to reduce inflammation, the right fuel for your brain and gut health as well as ways to incorporate more high-quality, vitamin-rich foods in your everyday diet.
Sally S. Davis, RN MSN, has been a member of the Amazing Place team for the past twelve years and is currently serving as the Clinical Training Specialist for the organization. As a member of the Amazing Place Speakers Bureau, she creates and delivers brain health education that focuses on strategies to improve and maintain cognitive health. Sally is a UCLA Certified Memory Trainer and leads memory enhancement workshops for adults “north of 50.” Sally received her BSN from DePauw University and her Master’s in Mental Health Nursing from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
This program is being offered both IN-PERSON and ONLINE. Please select how you will attend when registering. Recordings will be distributed to registered participants only, and will not be available for individual purchase.
