This book circle covers portions of Sadhguru’s Death: Only For Those Who Shall Die—A Yogi’s Guide to Living, Dying, & Beyond, and is threaded with creative and contemplative practices for a deeper, embodied understanding of the content. Together, we’ll explore Sadhguru's book, build connections, and develop our personal relationships to death.
Through reflection, discussion, and practice, we’ll explore:
How do we come to terms with mortality and accept this natural part of life?
What is our association with death?
What inner resources do we have that enable resilience, compassion, and a more fulfilling life in the face of death?
How can we harness insights from our spiritual teachers along the way?
Sadhguru presents a framework for viewing death, not as an endpoint, but as one node along a continuum. Exploring these rich perspectives, we'll re-dream Death through collective practice for inner freedom, vital growth, and intimate relationship with mystery.
