Caregiver types are known for their warmth and generosity. They know how to make others feel seen and heard, but have blind spots when it comes to their own boundaries, self-care, and confidence. Afraid to upset or disappoint others, caregiver types avoid conflict to maintain a false sense of security and belonging. This inevitably leads to resentment, burnout, and lost opportunities for self-actualization.

Krissy Loveman is a certified Life Coach who specializes in supporting clients with self-connection, mindset work, and nervous system regulation. Her goal is to help participants understand how inner work leads to integrity—knowing yourself better, facing your fears, and creating more conscious choices.
