Summary

Felix Scardino | Saturday, Jun 13 | 9a - 4p CT | Find guidance, clarity, and resilience through the use of simple, repeatable methods to deepen your inner life. | Potentially appropriate for 6 CEs*

Description

While we struggle to stay single-minded and never waffle, we disown parts of ourselves that help us be creative. Those parts are symbolic characters in us who are at once adults and children, men and women, wise people and fools. They are the mother and father, the doctor and patient, the hermit and partygoer, the saint and ruthless criminal. Everyone in our life’s drama can contribute to who we are meant to be. This workshop can help you live on friendlier terms with these characters, discriminate their creative aspects from their destructive aspects, shed light on unexplained fears and clarify your life’s direction. Simple practices and journal prompts will help you deepen your inner life. Bring a journal, a comfortable pen, and a playful attitude.
