In every relationship, differences in personality can become sources of conflict—or gateways to deeper understanding. This experiential, discussion-based workshop invites participants to explore how MBTI® Type preferences shape communication, decision-making, stress responses, and emotional needs.
With guidance, participants will develop greater awareness of their own Type patterns and learn to recognize and appreciate other’s natural ways of perceiving, judging, and engaging the world. Through reflective exercises, guided dialogue, and practical applications, participants will be supported in shifting from reactivity to curiosity, and from misunderstanding to empathy.
Rooted in psychological safety, mutual respect, and Jungian principles of individuation, this course offers a compassionate container to strengthen connection, honor differences, and cultivate more conscious, intentional relationships.
The assessment fee is included in registration. The instructor will provide instructions for taking the appropriate assessment.
