The Enneagram personality system describes a powerful psychological and spiritual way of viewing the world. By mid-life and beyond, we have acquired life experiences that allow us to observe our Enneagram patterns. You will learn to observe your unconscious habitual ways of thinking, acting, and feeling to become aware of your type’s gifts and patterns that no longer serve you well. We will explore deeper dimensions of ourselves and will have the opportunity to improve relationships by developing a better understanding of others.
The main takeaways are understanding that there are nine valid ways humans think very differently from each other, and you can choose to observe and relax your less helpful patterns. You will learn a basic understanding of the nine Enneagram personality types, the Enneagram Centers, Wings, Arrows, Vice to Virtue Transformations, and Subtypes. This learning can allow you to accept yourself more fully and have more compassion and acceptance for others. This allows participants to grow by allowing a different way of being in the world.Throughout the program, the instructor will share invitations to showings of media related to the enneagram personality system, hosted via Zoom. These sessions are complimentary offerings, not required, but encouraged for deepened learning.
Materials are required and are not included. Each participant will need to purchase the $9 materials through the instructor. Instructions will be provided upon registration.
