Description

Based on Jungian Concepts, Marshall Rosenberg’s work in Nonviolent Communication, and on universal truths held in various forms of human experience, we will explore and engage in practices that help us live with purpose, wholeness, and connection.
In this two session workshop, we will move from theory to practice as we explore Jungian archetypes, the shadow, the unconscious, ego, the collective unconscious and map these concepts to nonviolent practices operationalizing self-reflection, growth, and individuation into manageable steps.


Jack Reardon has an MA. in Jungian & Post-Jungian Studies from the University of Essex, an MA. in Psychotherapy & Counselling as well as an Advanced Post-Graduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy from Regent's University. He has an Undergraduate Degree in Psychology from St.Mary's University, a level 1 Certificate in Internal Family Systems from the IFSCA Institute. Jack works in ongoing private practice with adults & adolescents in London.

Brooke Summers-Perry is the Director of Curriculum and MacMillan Institute Associate at The Jung Center. She facilitates communication and creative programs that allow participants to authentically integrate head, heart, and action. Using accessible practices, prompts, and facilitated conversations, she makes safe space for exploration, expression, and the harvesting insights that shift patterns and catalyze growth and transformation. She holds degrees in Psychology and Architecture and a certification as a spiritual director. She and her son, Chase Summers-Perry, are the co-founders of We Practice Life, LLP.
