Description

Join us for an engaging exploration of creative and spiritual practices designed to help you listen to your inner guide and uncover your own insights and inspirations. Through activities such as blackout poetry, reflective journaling prompts, and contemplative exercises drawn from  various wisdom traditions, participants will be invited to slow down, listen deeply, and give form to their inner voice. This experiential session offers a supportive space for personal reflection, creative expression, and spiritual renewal—encouraging each participant to cultivate clarity, connection, and a deeper sense of meaning.


Brooke Summers-Perry is the Director of Curriculum and MacMillan Institute Associate at The Jung Center. She facilitates communication and creative programs that allow participants to authentically integrate head, heart, and action. Using accessible practices, prompts, and facilitated conversations, she makes safe space for exploration, expression, and the harvesting insights that shift patterns and catalyze growth and transformation. She holds degrees in Psychology and Architecture and a certification as a spiritual director. She and her son, Chase Summers-Perry, are the co-founders of We Practice Life, LLP.
