Mauricio Garrido | Saturday, Jan 31 | 12 - 1p CT | Journey through neuroscience, ancient Vedic wisdom, and depth psychology to reveal how memory shapes our identity, how dreams can open hidden doors of perception, and how mandalas and visual meditation patterns act as maps of the inner world and realms of consciousness.

Description

What if your memories were more than brain chemistry, your dreams more than random stories, and mandalas more than beautiful designs? This presentation takes you on a journey through neuroscience, ancient Vedic wisdom, and Carl Jung’s psychology to reveal how memory shapes our identity, how dreams can open hidden doors of perception, and how mandalas (visual meditation patterns) act as maps of the inner world and realms of consciousness. From the hippocampus to the subtle information “cloud” of citta, from lucid dreaming to portals of consciousness, we’ll explore how modern science, timeless Vedic texts, and Jung’s insights all point to one truth: the mind is not just a machine—it’s a gateway to the infinite.
