Journey Through the Body: A Healing Integration of Self-Massage, Breathwork, Meditation (In-Person)
Admission
- $90.00
Summary
Description

This workshop bridges ancient meditation/contemplative wisdom and modern healing science. Participants are empowered to become their own healers through embodied practices that integrate body, breath, and mind. By combining body-based restorative massage and movements, breathing techniques, and meditation, we offer a holistic, research-supported pathway to healing—accessible to all, and deeply rooted in the meditative and healing traditions of East and West.
This journey invites us to bring our body more 'in touch' with our breath, which becomes both an anchor and an ally in our healing process, guided by the mind-heart meditations.
Ady Burgida began her career with a Biology/Pre-Med degree from the University of the West Indies in Barbados. After earning her Massage Therapy license in Houston in 1998, she discovered the transformative power of bodywork. This led her to specialize in Medical Massage Therapy and open Kavana Healing Arts Spa in 2005. With a passion for healing, Ady blends science and touch to support recovery, ease pain, and enhance well-being through therapeutic, medically informed care.
