Description

We are all a beautiful blend of light and dark, masculine and feminine, sun and moon. By exploring these polarities, we can cultivate balance and embrace our wholeness. In this grounding workshop, we’ll explore the dynamic between the outward energy of Yang and the inward energy of Yin. The Yang portion will include a creative collage activity, a gratitude practice, and gentle movement to awaken the body. The Yin portion invites stillness through calming breathwork, guided meditations, and mindfulness practices. We’ll close with tea and space to reflect on how to carry these tools into daily life. This workshop offers a variety of self-care practices to ground, renew, and foster connection in community.

  • Balance Yin and Yang energies through a creative activity, breathwork, movement, and stillness to cultivate inner harmony.
  • Practice self-care and grounding techniques to support well-being and self-awareness.
  • Deepen community connection by sharing experiences and embracing both the active and reflective aspects of self.
