Description

Enhance awareness of your own imperatives and your own knowledge. Share with peers in a guided experience of contemplative speaking and listening.

Mary Rees investigates creativity and subtle levels of consciousness. She has been practicing contemplative awareness since 1975 and teaching since 1989. Her programs facilitate individual and group discovery processes with a focus on awareness of embodied consciousness and emergent knowing. Mary is the author of Being Prayer (2004) – a book about living fully on the cusp of unfolding experience – and is exploring interdisciplinary methods, including contemplative collaboration, for accessing emergent knowing in science.
