Summary
Description
Join us to learn how writing your life stories can help you gain perspective and find a path forward during life's transitions. When we revisit key moments from our lives through intuitive, thematic journaling, new clarity emerges and shines a light on our values and direction. Together, we will explore how telling our stories and being met with empathy can help us heal and understand our past while providing a clear vision of ourselves and our next steps as we emerge into the next phase of our lives. Have fun connecting with others while learning about the research-based benefits of the Guided Autobiography (GAB) process.
