Discover how the Tibetan understanding of well-being can enrich your life as you create a toolbox of mind-body healing practices.

Description

Discover how the Tibetan understanding of well-being can enrich ourselves through mind-body practices. In the face of difficulties – a decision we don't want to make, a conversation we might be dreading – it's natural to feel threatened, and to want to feel safe. Sometimes, we accomplish this by hiding our deepest needs from ourselves and others – by closing our hearts – even when the changes we want mean when we need to bring those needs into the light. Join us as we learn tools for opening our hearts and connecting to our inner space using different methods, including awareness of breath, visualization, sound, and movement. Together, we will take time to integrate the sense of completeness developed through these practices with the support of practicing in a group, and discussion.
