Hamman Professional Wellness: Integrative Healing: Uniting Mind, Body, and Spirit in Second (Online)

This workshop will explore the intricate connections between the mind, body, and spirit, particularly within the context of trauma. Participants will gain valuable insights into how these elements interact, influence responses to traumatic experiences, and contribute to healing. It will cover:

• Theoretical frameworks connecting mind, body, and spirit.

• Case studies highlighting the effectiveness of holistic approaches.

• Practical strategies for integrating clinical and spiritual practices in trauma healing.
  The target audience is mental health professionals, holistic practitioners, and anyone interested in expanding their understanding of trauma healing.

Hannah Armbrust holds a Ph.D. degree in Psychology with concentration in Jungian Studies from Saybrook University, and an M.A. in Counseling from Eastern Mennonite University. She has presented at several conferences in the USA, South America and Europe. Hannah has international experience working with populations in situations of social vulnerability and developed a method to work with Latino populations called C.A.S.A. Dr. Armbrust's integrative therapeutic approach includes neuroscience and depth psychology, as well as techniques based on Mindfulness. She has taught Trauma, Mind, Body, and Spirituality classes at Saybrook University and has worked as a clinician for 15 years.
