Discover how fully embracing the endings in our life can lead to profound new beginnings.

Description

Delve into the transformative process – where endings become powerful gateways to new beginnings. Through contemplative exploration, understanding various states of consciousness, guided meditations, and group discussion, we will explore how spiritual perspectives allow for the idea of the evolution of the soul, and uncover how the experience of death – whether literal, metaphorical, or spiritual – serves as a sacred threshold to deeper consciousness, renewal, and growth. Discover how light can emerge from even our darkest experiences, and how fully embracing the endings in our life can lead to profound new beginnings.

Jasmine Shah holds an M.A. in Psychology with a focus on Spirituality, Mind, and Body Medicine from Columbia University, specializing in spirituality, consciousness, and transpersonal psychology. She works with organizations to help with workplace wellness and burnout through coaching and consulting, and continues to facilitate workshops in professional and private settings. She is passionate about restorative justice and finds joy in writing poetry and dancing.
