Practice contemplative techniques that can help us shed an old identity while maintaining a continuity that helps us make sense of life.

Description

You've heard of the Tibetan Book of the Dead – but did you know that teachings about death and rebirth apply to all of life's transitions? The pandemic, retirement, changing jobs, moving… We all face transitions, and they can be moments of tremendous growth if we know how to navigate them. In this workshop we’ll learn about the stages of a "rebirth" moment: the end of an old situation, the magical space between old and new, and the birth of what comes next. Together, we’ll practice contemplative techniques that can help us shed an old identity while maintaining a continuity that helps us make sense of life.
