Discover how the Tibetan understanding of well-being can enrich your life as you create a toolbox of mind-body healing practices.

Description

Discover how the Tibetan understanding of well-being can enrich your life as you create a toolbox of mind-body healing practices. Join us as we develop an awareness of our breath, and explore utilizing visualization, sound, and movement to draw the experience of meditation into our bodies. Together, we will take time to discuss and integrate the sense of wholeness developed through these group practices, to help with the hard work of connecting to what resonates with your inner being.
