Description

Have fun learning to reduce stress with therapeutic laughter techniques that improve breathing, relaxation, and physiologic well-being. During this session, you will gain in-depth knowledge about the benefits of laughter, and pick up some Laughter Yoga wisdom – how it works, why people do it, and the immeasurable benefits it provides for the wellness of body and mind. Instructor Lee Coffee is a certified Laughter Yoga facilitator who has brought this fun and rejuvinating practice to healthcare, nonprofit, and corporate organizations across America. Come out and learn how to be childlike without being childish! Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Lee Coffee (Professional Certified Coach, MBTI Master Practitioner) believes “...everybody brings something to the table!" As an Honor Graduate from the 4-month long Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI), he coaches to the human soul. This 24-year Army veteran has over 30 years expertise facilitating thought-provoking discussions around anti-racism, social justice, and the intersections of healthcare with unconscious bias, spirituality, and LGBTQI diversity and inclusion. To achieve the best outcome for clients, he co-creates a safe space based on trust, open communication, and mutual respect.
