Description

Meditate through movement using tai chi chuan, a Chinese exercise based on the yin/yang philosophy and practiced in slow, relaxed, continuous motion. Practicing the forms of tai chi and breath coordination is a tranquil way to focus your mind, achieve physical and mental balance, and gain vital energies.


This program is being offered IN-PERSON, and will NOT be recorded.

George Ling Hu, a master in Tai Chi Chuan, is a member of the Chinese Tai Chi Chuan Association, the National Kuo Shu Association of Taiwan, and the Taiwan Yoga Association. In addition, Master Hu completed his graduate studies in geology and mineralogy, and teaches chi kung and internal style martial arts.
