When we discover how to soften the basket of bones that is our rib cage, all kinds of movement get easier.

Description

Limit: 30 participants – Register Today!

The rib cage is a marvelous thing. It’s a basket-like structure that protects the heart and lungs. It’s strong, but it’s also surprisingly flexible. For many of us, this flexibility is diminished. We move our chests as if they were solid blocks of stone. When we discover how to soften this basket of bones, all kinds of movement get easier. When the rib cage gets unlocked, we breathe better, we bend and turn more easily, and we stand a little taller.

This class is suitable for almost all fitness levels. Willingness to lie on the floor, and an interest in moving more easily are all you need.

This program is being offered IN-PERSON, and will NOT be recorded.

All times are CT. Please contact onlinelearning@junghouston.org with any questions.

Please register early. Programs with four or fewer participants are subject to cancellation, 48 hours prior to their start.
