Relax and enjoy an evening with Houston Playback Theatre as the true stories of audience members come to life!

Description

Relax and enjoy an evening with Houston Playback Theatre as the true stories of audience members come to life! A story, a thought, or even just a feeling shared by an audience member starts a chain reaction of improvisation among the actors, who bring the story to life before the audience’s eyes. In touching, outrageous, and funny ways, an HPT performance makes audience members aware of the many connections we share but often forget. Playback Theatre makes storytellers of us all and gives us the rare opportunity to be spectators of our own lives.

For the safety of the performers, masks are recommended for all audience members.

This program is being offered IN-PERSON, and will NOT be recorded.

All times are CT. Please contact onlinelearning@junghouston.org with any questions.

Please register early. Programs with four or fewer participants are subject to cancellation, 48 hours prior to their start.

Houston Playback Theatre has been performing real-life stories from the Houston community for 25 years. They perform for schools, non-profit organizations, businesses, and private groups, and offer workshops and trainings that strengthen community, confidence, and creativity for all sorts of teams. Check out their website for more information.
