Come and learn some simple movements to help reduce discomfort in your shoulders and neck.

Description

Do you carry the weight of the world on your shoulders? Do headaches, shoulder pain and tension in your upper back keep you from doing what you want to do? Neck and shoulder pain are common complaints – especially as we spend more time using our phones and other smart devices – that often limit what we can do on a daily basis. Come and learn some simple movements to help reduce discomfort in your shoulders and neck. See if you don’t stand taller and move more easily at the end of the day. It is time to leave that ‘pain in the neck’ behind!

This program is being offered IN-PERSON, and will NOT be recorded.

All times are CT. Please contact onlinelearning@junghouston.org with any questions.
