The Mind Body Spirit Institute partners once again with chefs Karuna and Antonio of Karuna's Kitchen, along with Chefs Beatriz Torres and Alexa Hernandez at Christo Mio, to bring an Ayurvedic meal and education to feasters. Enjoy a five-course meal with botanical aperitifs and dessert included.

Spinach - Greens & chesse turnover on house-made puff pastry

Okra - Bhindi pakora with house-made chutney

Carrots - Farm radicchio with spicy carrot-almond salad

Eggplant - Paneer and sweet potato sabzi with cumin rice

Peaches - Warm blueberry-peach filling sweetened with coconut sugar and topped with a sprouted oat-walnut-almond crumble
