We talk a lot about wholeness, but what does it feel like? Connect with your inner guide in this creative and explorative workshop, and gain an experiential sense of what wholeness means for the unique lives we lead, day-by-day. Engage with opportunities that serve your whole being, attend to what matters most to you, and discover practices that can help you experience authenticity and wholeness anew, every day.

Brooke Summers-Perry focuses on the integration of a variety of creative practices to help learners of all ages engage in meaningful play. She holds degrees in Psychology and Architecture and certifications as a spiritual director and therapeutic arts facilitator. Along with her son and business partner, Chase, she develops and facilitates retreat packs, practice decks for creativity, communication, emotional expression, and spiritual development. She has published Transforming Habits: 10 Minute Compassionate Practices, and three children’s books with the purpose of developing shared language for compassionate parenting; I am With You, Time For Play, and Made of Stardust. For her continuing discovery, development, and play, she writes poetry, paints, and enjoys hip hop dancing.
