Description

Join us for an illuminating exploration of myth, religion, and the burgeoning field of psychedelic-assisted therapies. Delving into the myth of Prometheus stealing fire from the gods, we will engage with the idea that the healing power of psychedelics must be approached with reverence, mindfulness, and respect for their sacred nature. Drawing on Carl Jung's groundbreaking insights into the human psyche, as well as contemporary research on psychedelic substances and the mystical experiences they can evoke, we will investigate the importance of integrating sacred and religious paradigms into psychedelic-assisted therapies. Together, we will engage in thought-provoking discussions and activities that will help us understand the role of psychedelics in modern spirituality and mental health, and embark on a journey to discover the profound insights and transformative power hidden within the Promethean myth and the world of psychedelic-assisted therapies.
