Description

This three-hour workshop invites participants to live an examined life through art, mindfulness, and reflection. Grounded in Jungian psychology, participants engage the unconscious through symbolic self-portraits, active imagination drawings, dream-inspired artwork, metaphor collages, and guided visual journaling. These creative practices help uncover inner symbols, images, and stories, fostering self-awareness, emotional insight, and authentic expression. Reflection and optional sharing build empathy, compassion, and meaningful connection within the group.
No prior artistic experience is needed—only curiosity and openness. Through this workshop, participants will explore personal meaning, strengthen inner resources, and develop tools for ongoing self-discovery. The experience encourages dialogue with oneself and others while engaging the unconscious as a source of insight, creativity, and psychological growth.

Dr. Angelina H. Rodriguez is a licensed therapist and certified art therapist with extensive experience in Jungian approaches to creativity, mindfulness, and psychological growth.
