Summary
Description
In this immersive workshop, we’ll explore how hope can coexist with life's challenges, both personally and professionally. Jasmine Shah will guide the first half, helping you clarify your personal hopes and truths through positive psychology. You’ll learn to hold space for both the light and the dark, allowing growth to unfold. In the second half, Nnemoma will guide you through flow breathwork to anchor the vision of hope into your body, releasing any limiting energy and cultivating resilience. Together, we’ll explore how hope and darkness can coexist, leading to transformation. Through visioning, breathwork, and integration, you’ll leave empowered, aligned with your highest self, and ready to step into a new paradigm of possibility.
