Description

Laughter is the best medicine! For the past 10 years, Lee has been leading people to giggle, chuckle, and belly laugh their way to better health as a certified Laughter Yoga Practitioner. A former ICU nurse turned Executive coach, Lee knows firsthand how powerful Laughter can be for lowering stress, boosting health, and brightening even the toughest days.


Lee Coffee brings 20 years of experience as an Executive Coach and former ICU nurse, blending clinical insight with leadership development expertise. A certified Laughter Yoga Instructor and MBTI® Master Practitioner, Lee uses humor, personality theory, and emotional intelligence to help individuals and teams thrive. He frequently facilitates at the Houston Jung Center, where his dynamic workshops foster resilience, self-awareness, and transformation—always with a smile and a deep belief in the healing power of laughter.
