Summary

Denise Bossarte | Friday, Oct 10 | 12 - 4p CT | 15 Max Attendees | Practice contemplative photography to slow down, deepen presence, and connect with the beauty around you while expanding awareness and creativity through mindful visual exploration.

Description

Using the mindfulness approach of Contemplative Arts, we will explore our visual experience through Contemplative Photography. Contemplative Photography uses cameras as a way of slowing down, being present, and seeing more of the beauty in the world. It provides a practice to connect you directly with your visual experience. The class does not require any photography experience, only a camera with a card or cell phone. Contemplative Photography is not just for photographers, but is for anyone who wants to be mindful and enjoy exploring the world with their camera.

"The voyage of discovery is not in seeking new landscapes but in having new eyes." ~Marcel Proust
