Imaginal Work: Developing Inner Relationships (Online)
Admission
- $200.00
Summary
Description
This experiential workshop explores imaginal practices drawing on teachings from Jungian depth psychology and Soulmaking. Using Gendlin’s focusing, we’ll tune into the energy body as a gateway to soulful perception and inner relationship. We’ll work with parts in a compassionate, embodied way - allowing images, sensations, and emotional textures to arise and unfold. Rather than resolving or interpreting, we’ll practice being with what emerges, exploring the subtle relationality between parts and the imaginal. Through this, we learn to listen with our whole body, cultivating presence, resonance, and a sense of sacred twoness. This practice invites new depth, complexity, and meaning to arise within and between us.
