Summary
Description
This intimate, conscious dinner is an invitation to tune in and come home to what truly nourishes us. In the age of disconnection, we’ll gather for soulful connection, where food becomes a gateway to presence, healing, & belonging. Rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom, this evening honors food as sacred medicine. Enjoy a seasonal three-course menu, grounding meditation, and mindful eating practices that awaken your senses and digestive fire (agni). The evening will begin with a meditation to help you arrive fully in the moment. We’ll deepen connection through guiding heartfelt dialogue and authentic presence. This is more than a meal- it’s a sacred journey of nourishment, stillness, and communal healing. Leave feeling grounded, grateful, and connected.
