Description

Join Yoga Therapist Susie Edebor in this 4-week course to learn breathing techniques that will allow you to influence your autonomic nervous system and reduce stress. The autonomic nervous system regulates involuntary bodily functions such as heart rate, blood pressure and respiration. Still, yogis have known for thousands of years that we can manipulate the breath to support our bodies. In this course, you will deepen your understanding of your stressors, learn to notice signals from your body and begin to use self-awareness to gain control of your experience in life.


Susie Edebor, C-IAYT, RYT 200C-IAYT, RYT 200, found her calling as a full-time yoga teacher after spending five years as a Special Education teacher. In her current practice as a Yoga Therapist and certified AcroYoga, Vinyasa, and Kids Yoga teacher, Susie uses targeted approaches and all aspects of yoga to help individuals, couples, and families develop strength and stability and find comfort in the body, mind, and spirit.
