Summary

Mary Anne Casey | Saturday, Jul19 | 1 - 5p CT | Explore how cultural conditioning and unmet needs shape self-perception, and discover the healing potential through awareness and freedom.

Description

Following our birth we begin downloading information from all those around us. Family patterns, beliefs and ideals. Every human has the same list of basic needs, far more than food, clothing and shelter. If our caregivers did not get certain needs met they don’t know to attend to our needs. Then there is the cultural conditioning we experience and are instructed in; gender, class, race, sexuality, heritage, size, etc. all the ways we get separated judged, criticized and begin to feel bad about ourselves. With awareness comes the real possibility for healing and freedom.
