Description
This six-week course invites participants to deepen their relationship with the unconscious through dreamwork and active imagination. Drawing from Jungian psychology, we’ll explore how dreams and symbolic imagery reveal inner guidance and transformation. Participants will learn practical tools for dream interpretation and engage in active imagination to foster meaningful dialogue with the inner world.
Kathleen Chavoor, M.A., is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a specialization in Jungian and Depth psychology. As a first-generation Armenian Assyrian, her heritage uniquely informs her clinical practice, creating a meaningful bridge between psychology and cultural studies. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Depth Psychology, Kathleen’s research focuses on dream imagery in post-genocidal communities.
Shivam Gosai has always placed spiritual and emotional growth at the forefront of his life. Shivam is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in NY and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in PA. As a young adult, he studied Hindu Spirituality (Advaita Vedanta) in a three-year intensive course at Arsha Vidya Gurukulam in South India. Shivam completed his M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Depth Psychology. His research focuses on the intersection of Advaita Vedanta and Jungian psychotherapy. He has received advanced training in Internal Family Systems and is a certified IFS therapist.
Michelle Kucera-Jewell, Ph.D. - Candidate, combines nearly 30 years of expertise in wilderness therapy, global leadership, and Indigenous healing practices with advanced academic training in Depth Psychology. Her work bridges diverse traditions, to support clients in transformative healing through the body.
