Interpreting Music, Interpreting the World: Listening Beyond Ourselves (Hybrid)

Summary
Description
Drawing from philosophy, anthropology, and aesthetics. this lecture explores the parallel between interpreting music and interpreting the world. Musical interpretation is never singular—each performance, each listener, each historical moment reveals a new facet. This multiplicity echoes broader existential and epistemological questions about how we navigate different "modes of being." How do you adapt to and participate in changing narratives?
